Careers - Campaign Manager

This candidate will work closely with the marketing manager, CMO, CEO, and supporting agencies to create, manage, track, and measure campaign across all channels including web and retail. Candidates must be highly organized, collaborative, and goals oriented. Meeting deadlines will be critical to the success of this role. A background in modeling campaigns, budgets, ROI, and acquisition channel strategy will be tested at the time of the interview.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Marketing Manager in driving 360 Campaign Process
  • Creating the initial budget, forecast, and plan of action for each campaign
  • Budget and plan each campaign highlighting cost and ROI
  • Support team in developing and communicating 360 Campaign Briefs
  • Support Marketing Manager with Postmortems of global launch results (including template development)
  • Support Marketing Manager with Creative Briefing for 360 Campaigns
  • Develop and maintain campaign communications tools
  • Manage updates to and communication of Campaign Bulletins
  • Lead consolidation of Market Launch Plans
  • Assist in tracking competitive campaign activities
  • Asana Super User - to support timelines, tracking and reporting
  • Maintain and track market specific requests including internal execution
  • Assist with the implementation of the company's overall Marketing strategy
  • Liaise with all internal teams including graphic design, social media, web, retail, agencies, and all other departments on the development and release of campaign assets and deliverables
  • Assist in set up for Campaign meetings, issue agendas and recaps for Campaign related meetings
  • All other job-related activities

 Prerequisites for applying:

  • College Degree in related field of study, Marketing preferred
  • Must be local to San Diego, CA and able to start no later than 2-weeks from an official offer. 
  • 5-10 years campaign management experience in eCommerce B2C US markets 
  • 2 years' experience, in Beauty industry preferred
  • Project management skills preferred
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Strong technical skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strategic understanding of brand imaging, data analysis and business communication
  • Strong strategic thinker, with developed organizational skills
  • Ability to foster team work at all levels of the organization
  • Problem solver who can deal with ambiguity
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
