COVID-19 and Holiday Delays

Our bakers are working hard to get your order processed. Please note that our processing times are now currently extended from 3-5 business days to 7 business days during times of sales, promotions, holidays, and more as a result of heightened order volume. We know that you are excited - we appreciate your patience.

We felt it prudent to give you carrier contact details for following up on your package. Remember that once your order leaves our warehouse, the carrier becomes fully responsible for delivery. We are not responsible for any issues arising from any other party once your order has successfully dispatched to the carrier. This includes damaged, delayed, lost or stolen shipments. Contacting the correct entity will save you time and frustration when tracking your package down during this busy time of year. Our Customer Care Team will be unable to assist you until your order is delivered or all delivery issues are resolved with the carrier.

Given this we strongly recommend upgrading your shipping to priority shipping where possible. We also recommend Route Insurance which is a 3rd party service offering a remedy to the above challenges starting at just 98 cents.

Email us Monday - Friday 9 am to 5 pm PST at info@beautybakerie.com if you have any questions regarding your order. Allow 24-48 business hours for a response. (Please note that offices are closed on major holidays including Christmas, 4th of July, etc. Due to increased volume, wait times increase surrounding major holidays or during times of promotions.)

Common Return Questions

Return and Exchange Policy

Products returned within 15 days of delivery, in the original packaging that are unused and unopened will be fully refunded to the original form of payment. If you return an item that is inspected by our 3rd party vendor and is found to be used or opened, we will be unable to process a refund. Simply follow the step-by-step instructions here . Due to heightened shipping costs, we are unable to accept international returns.

Are returns free?

Returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee. We do not refund shipping costs.

Why did you refuse my package?

Beauty Bakerie reserves the right to refuse any package for any reason once it has been returned.

My products arrived damaged

Please notify us within 3 business days of your order of any issues by providing a photo of all that was shipped to include your packing materials and products. Without these items, we may be unable to assist. Please also note we are not responsible for items damaged in transit - you are welcomed to raise your issue with your courier or consider purchasing Route Insurance, a 3rd party service offered at checkout which does insure against lost, stolen, damaged, etc packages.

The color isn't the same as I saw online

Beauty Bakerie tries to accurately display and represent the colors of the products. However, the actual colors you see may depend on your monitor, screen resolution, undertones and more.

I have purchased from one of your retailers and I would like to return the products, how do I do so?

We ask that if you purchased through one of our vendors, that you raise your concern with them. We abide by all of our vendor's return and exchange policies.

Can I return previous collaboration products, samples or gifts I’ve earned through the Baked Rewards program?

All sale and discontinued merchandise are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged. Any gifts as part of a contest or giveaway are final sale as well. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. If they are sent to us, they will be discarded.

Failed Delivery

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed or damaged deliveries. We encourage purchase of route insurance which is offered by a 3rd party at checkout starting at just under $1.00. We are not responsible for re-shipping costs if the package is returned to our Order Fulfillment Center due to multiple failed delivery attempts by the shipping carrier or if you the customer refused to accept the package.

Tracking with UPS

When we have shipped your item via UPS, simply go to the UPS website and input your tracking number into the UPS online tracking tool.

Tracking with USPS

If your tracking number is a long number (23 digits) then we have shipped via USPS. Simply go to usps.com and input your number into USPS online tracking tool.

Tracking with FedEx Smart Post

When we have shipped your items via FedEx Smart Post, simply go to FedEx.com and input your tracking number into the FedEx online tracking tool.

Tracking with Mail Innovations

This is our economical shipping method. This shipping method utilizes UPS to ensure that your products ship from state to state. Once the products arrive at the state of their destination, the products are then turned over to your neighborhood post office for delivery. For example, if you were to place your tracking number into the UPS tool, you will see that your products have not been moving. That is until you place the same number into the USPS tracking tool. Here, you should see it move until it is delivered.

Has My Order Been Shipped?

Once we begin fulfillment of your products, you will receive an email with your tracking number as well as an estimated date of arrival. Please note that this is an estimate only and that inclement weather, as well as other unexpected events, might result in a slight delay of your products. Beauty Bakerie Cosmetics brand IS NOT LIABLE for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages or for any delay in transit time caused by the act or default of the shipping carrier.

How Much is Shipping to my Country

Shipping costs can vary depending on the country and the shipping method selected. If you would like to know the shipping fees to your area, we suggest attempting checkout on our website for accurate numbers.

Hawaii & Alaska

Please note that shipping times to the noncontiguous states can take between 4 and 6 weeks to arrive at their destination.


Depending on where these addresses are located, the shipment can sometimes take between 8 and 12 weeks to arrive at its destination.

Puerto Rico & Guam

We process our orders in about three days from the time you purchase until the time the parcels leave our warehouse. However, we have found that shipping to these U.S. Territories can take between 8 and up to 12 weeks to arrive at their destination. If you prefer to have your products faster, we suggest choosing UPS as a shipping carrier.

Processing Time

Expected amount of time between the date an order is placed and when it is shipped. Processing time includes time for our Bakers to pack and ship orders with care! Please expect processing times to be extended to 3-5 business days during sales, promotions, and holidays due to heightened sales volume.

Standard is always the most economical option, but can take the longest in terms of shipping times. Our bakers want you to know that our international customers who elect the standard shipping can often take between eight (8) and up to twelve (12) weeks* to arrive at their destination. Should you want your sweets as soon as possible, we suggest choosing the UPS Worldwide Expedited shipping option that includes a tracking number for your order.

*Please note that delivery time is based on location and can vary greatly depending on your country's customs and border inspection facilities. Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.

Each of our orders take about three days to process before they leave our bakery. If you choose expedited shipping, the products will still get to you faster, after the processing time has elapsed.

Oh, Shoot!

I put in a wrong address, now what?
If you noticed that you placed an incorrect address on your order, please let us know immediately so we can attempt to assist. However, this does not guarantee we will open your message once you send it (our response times are 24 business hours) nor does it guarantee that we will be able to stop your order from entering the queue. Once an order is in the queue, we are unable to edit or cancel the order. Please be aware that our business hours are 9AM - 5:30PM PST. Messages received outside of normal business hours will not be addressed until the next business day.
I placed an order by accident, now what?
Because of the fast nature of our bakers, we can attempt to cancel the order if you contact us immediately. Note that if the order is in the queue or has been fulfilled, we cannot cancel the order. Please be aware that our business hours are 9AM- 5:30PM PST.
I want to add an additional product to my order before it leaves your bakery. How do I do that?
Our bakers are fast. Because of the speedy way in which they process your orders, we can't stop them from processing your products. Additionally, to protect you we do not keep card information on file. We understand cravings like no one else, and if ya gotta have it, simply place another order.
My coupon code isn't working, why?
Please note that our coupons cannot be used in combination with other offers or discounts.
What is the delay, it has been past three days for processing time?
Please note that after a sale or special that the processing time can take anywhere from 48 to 72 additional business hours (for a total of five day processing time) before your product leaves our bakery.

  • Are your products Vegan? - Our product line is vegan-friendly, but not everything is certified vegan. Products that are not vegan are: Auburn BROWnies, EyesCream (Sherbet Bar, Sugar Coated, Cookie Dough, Teddy Graham, Pancake, Blacker the Berry, Crumb Cake), Waffle Cone Metallic Matte Lip Whip, Neapolitan Palette, Pink Flour Setting Powder, Candied and Jammed So Icy Illuminators.
  • Are your products Cruelty-Free? - We are 100% Certified Cruelty Free by PETA. We do not test on animals.
  • Are your products hypoallergenic? - We suggest consulting with your doctor before you purchase our products to be sure that you are not allergic to our formulas.
  • I have purchased from one of your many retailers and I would like to return them, how do I do so? - We ask that if you've purchased one of our products through one of our vendors, that you raise the issue with them. We abide by all of our vendors' return and exchange policies.
  • Why does my Flour not look completely filled? - Each color of our setting powders vary slightly in density and some can look more filled than others.

What is this extra fee and why am I being asked to pay for it?

  • GST - Goods and Services Tax
  • Why? - Some countries charge additional fees when importing goods into the country. Beauty Bakerie is not responsible for fees relating to importing goods to your country. If you have questions or concerns about these fees, please contact your country’s Customs office.

Increased Processing Time

Our bakers work hard, but during sales and specials, sometimes there will be an increase in the processing time. Generally, this will only add two additional days to your processing time (refer to the shipping time tables above). Good things come to those who wait!

Promo codes and Baked Rewards vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions.

Typographical & Pricing Errors

Typographical errors, miscommunication and other glitches can result in items being offered at what appear to be deep discounts, discounts that would be ruinous for our company if we were forced to honor them. Laws against false or deceptive advertising require an intent to deceive on the part of the advertiser. Our employees are human to and unfortunately we make sometimes mistakes. Beauty Bakerie would never intentionally trick or deceive our customers in any way.
