Influencer Marketing Coordinator

The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will help to execute social media content strategies for campaigns across a variety of platforms. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Content Manager. This role includes:

  • Identifying influencers to help Beauty Bakerie reach campaign goals
  • Fostering new relationships with a high volume of micro-influencers and content creators to increase organic reach and engagement on social media and ultimately create a digital influencer network
  • Monitor influencers’ social channels for required deliverables and create process to share assets among internal teams
  • Effectively managing and executing influencer campaigns.
  • Monitoring social media channels for performance and activity and interacting with users accordingly
  • Studying social media trends across all platforms and reporting any changes or opportunities to the team
  • Seeding product to social media influencers, holding them accountable for posting and following guidelines of the brand, and managing the relationship for continued support.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Design or Business preferred
  • At least 2 year of experience with social media
  • Previous work on influencer marketing or paid media campaigns
  • Experience with a social media management tool preferred
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing platforms a plus
